Delete your Attune account

You can delete your AttuneApp account, made by Attune to Grow, Inc, at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone.

In the app

1. Open Attune and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Account & preferences.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

If you own a Circle that still has other members, the app asks you to pass it to another member or archive it first.

Without the app

Email AppUserSupport@attunetogrow.org from the email address you use to sign in to Attune, with the subject “Delete my Attune account”. We will confirm by email once your account is deleted.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile photo.
• Everything you have written: practices and recaps, Patterns, Growth Edges, Circle preparation and gathering notes.
• Your reminders and notification settings.
• Your memberships in Circles. A Circle only you are in is deleted.

An active subscription is cancelled when the account is deleted, with no refund for the rest of the year.

What may be kept

Deleted data is removed from our active systems straight away. It may remain in backup systems until those backups are overwritten through our regular backup rotation, or longer where necessary for legal, security or safety reasons or to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for details.
